Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped by UPS unless another carrier is requested. Expedited and overnight freight is available at an additional cost. We are not responsible for items left without signature and lost or stolen.
Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Customer Service before returning any item. Items must be returned within ten (10) business days from the day the RMA is issued and included with your return. For products returned without the RMA number, or past the 10-day deadline we reserve the right not to accept for refund or exchange.
You may return stock items in the new condition sold within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund or added to the replacement product cost. Items must be in the original unaltered packaging and unworn. A new condition is solely at the discretion of East Coast Orthopedic Sales.
Special Order and Custom Orders are Non-Refundable.
If you have purchased the wrong size brace and would like to exchange it for a different size, please contact us by email or by phone, and upon our authorization, return it to our office. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined to be our error.

Please contact Customer Service upon receipt of your order if you discover any discrepancies or damage. We reserve the right to refuse credit if contacted more than seven (7) days after you receive your order.
If you decide to cancel your order that has been shipped, you will be charged the shipping. Once the products are refused and/or returned your account will be credited minus the shipping, some products may be subject to an additional restocking fee.
